주변은 저층의 주거들이 듬성듬성 위치해 있고 서측이 주요 조망이다. 전면으로는 논과 밭이 있어 조망이 막히지 않고 해안가까지 열려있다.포치를 지나 현관을 들어서면 우측에는 특이하게 풀장을 겸한 체력단련실과 스파가 설치되어 있어 건축주가 건강을 중요시 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 좌측에는 거실과 주방을 통합하고 거실 상부를 오픈하여 개방감을 강조하였다. 거실, 주방, 식당이 하나의 공간으로 통합되어 항상 소통이 가능하다.
계단을 올라 2층 공간에 올라서면 2개층이 오픈된 거실상부와 만나고 측면에는 가족실이 있어 1층과 소통되는 공간이기도 하다. 전면에는 넓고 긴 베란다가 있어 전면의 모든 풍경을 마음껏 즐길 수 있다.
다락은 단독주택이 가지는 장점이다. 규모에 비해 면적이 넓어 다양한 방식으로 사용되어 유용하며 거실 상부공간과 연계되어 있어 공간이 답답하지 않다.
Low-rise dwellings are sparsely located around the area, and the west side is the main view. There are rice fields and fields in front, so the view is not blocked and is open to the seaside.
When entering the entrance through the porch, there is a fitness room and spa that serves as a pool on the right side, which shows that the owner values health.
