대학교 기숙사 프로젝트입니다. 대지는 경사진 곳으로 지방에서 올라온 대학생들을 위한 공간을 계획하는 것이었습니다. 지하2층, 지상7층의 규모로 총 301개의 방이 계획이 되었습니다. 지형을 최대한 살려 저층부는 공용공간으로 상층부는 침실공간으로 구분하였습니다. 라운드의 모양이 시공과 설계에는 상당히 난해한 형태임을 경험했던 프로젝트였습니다. 주요 외부 재료는 미장벽돌과 저층부는 화강석입니다.
This is a university dormitory project. The site is a sloping place, and it was to plan a space for university students who came up from the provinces. A total of 301 rooms are planned, with 2 floors below ground and 7 floors above ground. Utilizing the topography as much as possible, the lower floors are divided into public spaces and the upper floors as bedrooms. It was a project where I experienced that the shape of a round is quite difficult for construction and design. The main exterior materials are stucco brick and granite for the lower floors.
지하1층 뒷면에는 썬큰공간이 있어 햇빛을 유입하여 지하공간의 단점을 해결하였고 브릿지를 통하여 후면과의 동선을 연계하여 학생들의 진입을 계획하였습니다.
There is a sunken space at the back of the 1st basement floor, which solves the disadvantages of the underground space by introducing sunlight, and connects the traffic line with the rear through a bridge to plan students' entry.
