본 대지는 단독주택이 있는 막다른 골목의 땅이다. 사실 막다른 골목에서 주거 지역에서 건물을 높이 계획하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 첫번째는 주차공간이며 두번째는 일조사선제한이다.

가운데 계단실의 수직, 수평 연결동선을 두고 양옆에 세대를 계획하는 방향으로 대지의 한계를 극복해 보았다. 1층은 필로티 주차장을 두어 주차공간을 계획하였고 일조사선제한의 경사를 최대한 활용하여 용적율을 극대화하였다.

아쉽게도 계획안이 실현되지는 않았지만 여러 제약을 갖고 있는 대지에 대한 고민을 해보았던 프로젝트이다.

This site is the land of a dead-end alley with detached houses. In fact, it is not easy to plan a building high in a residential area in a dead end alley. The first problem is a parking space and the second is a solar radiation limit.

I tried to overcome the limitations of the site by planning the households on both sides with the vertical and horizontal connecting lines of the stairway in the middle. The first floor has a piloti parking lot, so the parking space is planned, and the floor area ratio is maximized by maximizing the slope of the solar radiation limit.

Unfortunately, the plan was not realized, but it is a project that I have been thinking about the site with various limitations.
