여러번 경관심의를 거치고 예정공사비에 맞추기 위해 설계변경을 거쳐 마침내 최종안이 완성되었다. 초기 디자인에 비해 규모도 축소가 되어졌고, 경사지붕도 삭제되고 평범한 평지붕으로 바뀌었다. 다행이 피로티 컨셉은 바뀌지 않았으나 규모가 축소되어 처음과 같은 디자인은 나오지 않았다. 프로젝트를 진행하면서 공사비에 맞추어 디자인하는 것도 능력이라는 생각이 들었다. 결국에는 공사비로 회귀되는 관급설계는 욕심을 내서는 안되는 것 같다. 잘 지어져서 목적대로 연구소안의 교육원으로써 잘 사용되어지길 바란다.
 
The final plan was finally completed after undergoing several landscape reviews and design changes to meet the projected construction cost. Compared to the initial design, the scale was also reduced, and the sloped roof was deleted and replaced with a plain flat roof. Fortunately, the piloti concept did not change, but the scale was reduced and the same design as the first did not come out. While working on the project, I thought that designing according to the construction cost was also a skill. In the end, it seems that government-sponsored design, which returns to construction costs, should not be greedy. It is hoped that it will be built well and used well as an educational center within the research institute.
