대지는 도로의 사거리 모서리에 위치해 있으며 주변으로는 고층의 주상복합, 아파트 그리고 후면으로는 상업시설로 둘러쌓여 있다.

저층부에 상가를 두고 상층부는 주차시설을 두어 사용자의 접근을 용이하도록 하고자 했다

전면으로는 상가시설을 그리고 후면에는 주차시설을 배치하였다.

반달마을 주변 주차난이 심각하여 상가 및 주거지의 주차난 해소, 시민의 요구 수준에 미치지 못하는 주차시설을 현재와 미래의 사회적 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 주차시설 여건의 미래상을 실현하기 위해 기존에 설치된 지평식 노외공영주차장을 고도화하여 복합용도로 사용하는 방안에 대한 타당성 검토 및 기본설계를 하고자 하였다.
 
주차요금으로는 건물을 짓고 유지하기가 어려우므로 저층부에 약 30%미만의 상업시설을 함께 게획하여 금전적인 타당성 및 유지관리, 그리고 주차난 해소에 일석이조의 계획을 하고자 하였다.
 

In order to realize the future image of parking facility conditions that can meet the social needs of the present and future, solving the parking problem in shopping malls and residential areas due to serious parking problems around Bandal Village, and replacing parking facilities that do not meet the level of citizen demand The feasibility study and basic design of the plan to use the public parking lot for mixed purposes by upgrading it were attempted.

 
Since it is difficult to build and maintain a building with parking fees, we plan to kill two birds with one stone by planning less than 30% of commercial facilities on the lower floors together for financial feasibility, maintenance, and resolving parking difficulties.
