과거의 공공도서관은 정보자료의 제공 및 교육기능, 지식기반사회의 정보에 대한 격차 해소를 위한 공간이었으나 현재 요구되는 공공도서관은 정보기술의 심화에 따른 스마트시대의 도래로 전통적인 정보 자료의 제공 및 교육기능은 쇠퇴하고 융복합서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있습니다. 이에 문화 다양성의 확상등 사회, 문화 환경의 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 도서관 서비스 및 운영의 변화가 요구되고 있습니다.
본 프로젝트는 관내 지역중 공공도서관이 없고 기존 공공도서관 이용이 불편한 지역에 해당하는 곳으로 주민들의 공공도서관 이용격차 해소 뿐만아니라 새로운 도서관 기능과 역할에 부합되는 신규 도서관의 건립에 목적이 있습니다.
도서관의 지속가능성을 위한 개선 및 향상을 위해 평생학습, 교육, 체험 등 특화기능을 수행할 수 있는 도서관 요구도와 이에 맞는 특화 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 다양한 공간구성을 하였습니다.
지상1층에는 유아들을 위한 공간과 물과학체험관을, 2층에는 컬리너리 도서관 및 전시공간, 슬로시티 전시관, 3층에는 어드벤쳐 공간, 컨퍼런스, 5R 사무실, 4츠에는 라이브러리 카페 및 멀티영상스테이션과 옥상 영화관을 조성하여 다양한 체험을 경험할 수 있는 문화공간을 조성하였습니다.
In the past, public libraries were a space for providing information materials, providing educational functions, and bridging the gap in information in a knowledge-based society. Functions are declining and demand for convergence services is increasing. Accordingly, changes in library services and operations are required to respond to changes in the social and cultural environment, such as the expansion of cultural diversity.
This project aims to build a new library that meets the new library function and role as well as narrowing the gap in public library use among residents in areas where there is no public library and it is inconvenient to use the existing public library.
In order to improve and improve the sustainability of the library, various spatial configurations have been made to provide specialized services that meet the needs of libraries that can perform specialized functions such as lifelong learning, education, and experience.
Space for children and water science experience hall on the 1st floor, Culinary library and exhibition space, Slow City exhibition hall on the 2nd floor, Adventure space, conference, 5R office on the 3rd floor, Library cafe and multi-video station and rooftop on the 4th floor A movie theater was created to create a cultural space where you can experience various experiences.
