발주자의 요구사항은 카페같은 편안한 분위기의 공간이었다. 사용자들이 언제든지 편안하게 방문하여 서비스를 지원받고 공간을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록 배려하였다. 주 기능은 상담실, 회의실, 휴게실, work space, 사무공간, 홀, 탕비공간이다. @HOONARCH
As part of the community facilities on the first floor of the completed public rental housing apartment, it is a support center remodeling that supports newcomers who dream of starting a business or enter society. Since the space is part of the first floor of the apartment, it was difficult to create a cool open space because the pillars supporting the wall structure were large and dense.
The owner's requirement was a cafe-like space with a comfortable atmosphere. Consideration was given so that users could conveniently visit at any time, receive service support, and use the space freely. The main functions are counseling room, meeting room, lounge, work space, office space, hall, and kitchen space.@HOONARCH
