[ Story for Building ]

As the planned site had structural, construction, and cost difficulties, the final decision was made to utilize the space between the school buildings by rearranging the extension location. At first, it was planned to use piloti to float the building, but due to budgetary reasons (special grant), the proposed area had to be maintained.

Planning a gymnasium in the space between the school buildings was frustrating because the view was blocked and the open space was blocked, but we tried to minimize it by adjusting the sloped roof and height as much as possible and by separating the distance from the existing building. There were difficulties in foundation formation due to the discovery of bedrock during excavation, construction delays due to difficulties in supplying ready-mixed concrete, and difficulties in completing the construction according to the construction period in various ways as the winter period overlapped with the construction period. I hope that it will be well finished and become a space where students can dream and rest and help the local community.
