[ Story for Remodeling ]
이 프로젝트는 기존 공공유휴시설내 양곡창고를 활용하여 청소년을위한 전용공간을 조성하여 청소년들에게 여가활동 기회를 제공하는데 목적이 있습니다.
The purpose of this project is to provide opportunities for leisure activities to youth by creating a dedicated space for youth by utilizing grain warehouses in existing public idle facilities.
대지는 보건소, 사회복지시설, 사회금융센터 등으로 5동이 산발적으로 자리잡고 있는 곳으로 전면에는 넓고 복잡한 주차장이 있고 건물사이로 들어서면 리모델링의 대상인 양곡창고가 있습니다.
The site is a place where 5 buildings are sporadically located, including a health center, social welfare facility, and social finance center. There is a wide and complex parking lot in front, and when you enter between the buildings, there is a grain warehouse that is the target of remodeling.
요즘 옛시설의 구조를 그대로 두고 내부공간을 개선하는 방향으로 디자인 하는 경향이 있습니다. 본 프로젝트도 현 구조물을 그대로 두고 내부를 개선하는 방향으로 진입부부터 내부 공간까지 계획을 하였습니다. 가장 큰 방향으로는 학업의 스트레스로 지친 청소년들을 위한 다양하고 자유로운 공간, 파티장소와 같은 공간을 만들고자 하였습니다.
These days, there is a tendency to leave the structure of the old facility as it is and design it in the direction of improving the internal space. This project also left the current structure intact and planned from the entrance to the interior space in the direction of improving the interior. In the biggest direction, we wanted to create a space that is diverse and free, like a party place, for teenagers who are tired from the stress of schoolwork.
