[ Story for Remodeling ]
이 프로젝트는 기존 보건지소 건물이 철거됨에 따라 보건지소를 행정복지센터 1층 공간으로 이전하는 계획입니다. 민원실 근처에 설치됨에 따라 주민들의 접근성이 향상이 되고 유지보수 비용의 절감을 통한 보건지소 운영의 효율성을 고려하였습니다.

면적은 크지 않지만 치매안심센터 분소를 설치하여 지역내의 치매서비스망을 구축하여 사용자들에게 편의를 제공하였습니다. 1층에 위치하다보니 접근성은 좋지만 층고가 다소 높아 리모델링하는 비용이 증가하여 이 부분에 대한 고심이 있었습니다. 공사를 다 진행하여 준공이 되었지만 아직 코로나가 종식되지 못해 보건지소를 열지는 못했습니다. 빨리 오픈되어 사용자들에게 좋은 서비스를 제공하는 공간이 되기를 바래봅니다.
This project is a plan to relocate the public health office to the first floor of the administrative welfare center as the existing health office building is being demolished. As it is installed near the civil service office, the accessibility of residents is improved and the efficiency of health center operation through reduction of maintenance cost is considered.
Although the area is not large, a dementia care center branch was installed to provide convenience to users by establishing a dementia service network in the region. Since it is located on the first floor, accessibility is good, but the height of the floor is rather high, so the cost of remodeling increased, so I had a hard time with this part. The construction has been completed, but the corona has not been over yet, so the public health center has not been able to open. I hope that it will open soon and become a space that provides good service to users.
