[ Story for Remodeling ]
본 과업은 다산 사회복지관 사무공간 및 프로그램실 등에 대한 리모델링을 통해 공간구조의 동선을 고려한 효율적인 환경 조성 및 사용자인 내·외부 고객관점에서의 실용성과 쾌적함을 반영하고, 미래지향적인 스마트한 환경 구축을 위한 리모델링 계획이다.공공아파트의 주민공동시설중 사회복지관의 내부를 리모델링하여 주변 아파트 단지내 주민들의 환경에 소음적인 영향을 감소시키고 사무공간 및 지원공간을 형성하여 사회복지관 사용자들의 편의를 고려한 계획이다.
기본적인 마감위에 흡음재를 더하고 공부방을 위한 바닥난방 및 다목적공간의 활용도를 높이고 사무공간의 효율적 사용을 위한 공간구분이 주된 내용이다.
Through remodeling of the office space and program room of the Dasan Social Welfare Center, this task creates an efficient environment considering the movement of the spatial structure, reflects practicality and comfort from the perspective of internal and external customers, and builds a future-oriented smart environment.
It is a plan that considers the convenience of users of the social welfare center by remodeling the interior of the social welfare center among the residents' communal facilities in the public apartment to reduce the noise impact on the environment of residents in the surrounding apartment complex and form an office space and support space.
The main content is to add sound-absorbing materials on top of the basic finish, increase the utilization of floor heating and multi-purpose space for study rooms, and divide space for efficient use of office space.
