이 주택은 내부의 공적공간과 사적공간이 명확하다. 그리고 이 두공간을 2개층으로 구성한 거실공간으로 통합하였다. 전면에는 거실과 연결된 넓은 데크를 두어 공간의 확장을 계획하였다.1층 현관을 들어서면 우측으로는 안방영역, 좌측으로는 거실과 주방, 식당의 공적 영역으로 구분되어 지고 계단을 따라 올라가면 2층의 가족실과 연결된다. 가족실은 2개층 오픈된 거실공간과 연계되어져 있다. 2개의 침실은 전망과 휴식공간을 갖도록 각각의 발코니를 두었다.
This house has clear internal public and private spaces. And these two spaces were integrated into a living space composed of two floors. At the front, a wide deck connected to the living room was planned to expand the space.
Upon entering the entrance on the first floor, it is divided into the master bedroom area to the right and the public area of the living room, kitchen, and dining room to the left, and going up the stairs leads to the family room on the second floor. The family room is connected to the open living space on the second floor. Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony to have a view and a resting area.
