대지는 경사진 도로를 따라 켠켠히 4개의 구획으로 구성되어 있다. 대지의 형상은 네모 반듯하지 않은 각각의 개성있는 모양이다.
이 대지는 단지의 끝자락에 위치에 있다. 다른 구획과 동일하게 도로와의 단차가 3M 이상이어서 자연스럽게 지하주차장과 상부에 넓은 마당을 둘수 있다.
1층 현관을 들어서면 2층으로 올라가는 계단을 마주하고 오른쪽으로는 거실, 식당, 주방이 하나의 큰 공간으로 구성되어 있다. 안방에는 넉넉한 수납공간을 계획하였고 코너창을 통해 경관을 조망할 수 있다.
계단을 따라 올라가면 2층에는 이 집의 특징인 가족실과 연계된 넓은 전망 테라스를 마주하게 된다. 이 테라스를 통해 외부 풍경을 내부로 끌어들일 수 있도록 했다. 정면과 측면에 각각 설치된 이 테라스는 남향의 따스한 햇살을 실내로 유입하며, 짧은 휴식을 위한 선물 같은 공간이다.
The site is composed of four sections along the inclined road. The shape of the land is each unique shape that is not square. This site is located at the end of the complex. As with other divisions, the level difference with the road is more than 3m, so it is possible to have an underground parking lot and a wide yard on the upper part naturally.
When you enter the entrance on the 1st floor, you will face the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, and to the right, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are made up of one large space. Ample storage space is planned in the main room, and the landscape can be viewed through the corner window.
If you go up the stairs, you will face a wide view terrace connected to the family room, which is a feature of this house, on the second floor. Through this terrace, it was possible to bring the outside landscape into the interior. These terraces, installed on the front and side, allow warm sunlight from the south to flow into the interior, and are a gift-like space for a short break.
