대지는 안쪽으로 조금 들어간 곳에 위치해 있다. 전면에는 기존 건물이 있어 조망을 다소 가리지만 측면으로 열린 조망이어서 테라스와 가족방을 배치하였다. 오히려 프라이버시를 지켜줄수 있는 위치이다.1층 전면에는 현관에 들어서기 전에 2개층이 오픈된 외부 데크공간이 있다. 이 공간은 오른쪽 외부 마당과 연결되어 있어 외부에서의 다양한 활동을 할 수 있다. 다만 이 공간이 거실과 식당과 연계되었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있다. 현관 내부로 들어서면 2층으로 올라가는 오픈 계단이 있고 좌우로는 안방공간과 거실, 주방공간으로 구분되어 있다.
계단을 따라 2층으로 올라가면 침실과 가족실, 간이주방으로 구성되어 있고 외부에는 3면으로 열린 테라스 공간이 있다.
The site is located in a slightly indented place. There is an existing building in the front, which blocks the view somewhat, but because it has an open view to the side, a terrace and a family room are placed. Rather, it is a position that can protect privacy.
On the front of the first floor, there is an outdoor deck space with two floors open before entering the entrance. This space is connected to the outer yard on the right, allowing various activities outside. However, there is a regret that this space should be connected to the living room and dining room. Upon entering the front door, there is an open stairway to the second floor, and the left and right sides are divided into the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen.
If you go up the stairs to the second floor, it consists of a bedroom, a family room, and a kitchenette, and there is a terrace space open on three sides.
