대지는 진입로와 단차가 있어 보강토로 대지를 조성하여 전면부의 채광과 조망을 확보하였다.
단층으로 이루어져 있어 복도를 중심으로 좌우에 구성된 공간들은 데크공간과 조경공간을 두어 막힘과 열림을 반복하여 자연과의 연계를 중요시 하였다.
넓은 데크는 조망을 감상하기에 부족함이 없도록 하였고 외부에서 주방으로 접근하기 편하게 다용도실을 통한 동선을 고려하였다.
The site has an access road and a step, so the site was created with reinforced soil to secure daylight and views from the front.
It is composed of a single floor, so the spaces on the left and right centered on the corridor emphasized the connection with nature by repeating blocking and opening by placing a deck space and a landscaping space.
The wide deck made it possible to enjoy the view, and the circulation through the utility room was considered for easy access to the kitchen from the outside.
