대지는 3미터 정도 전면도로와 단차가 있다. 단차를 이용하여 주차장을 설치하고 프라이버시를 고려하여 앞마당을 그 위에 설치하였다. 외부 계단을 따라 오르면 현관이 보인다.주방과 거리를 둔 거실은 높은 층고와 벽난로를 두고 데크와 조경이 있어 개방감을 느낄수 있다. 복도와 계단으로 분리된 프라이빗한 게스트룸, 침실공간이 있고 툇마루에서 조경을 즐길 수 있다. 빛과 바람이 들어오는 계단실을 통해 2층에 오르면 아이들 공간과 부부 공간이 자연스럽게 구분되어 구성된다.
The site has a level difference with the front road of about 3 meters. A parking lot was installed using a step, and the front yard was installed on top of it in consideration of privacy. If you go up the stairs outside, you will see the entrance.
The living room, which is far from the kitchen, has a high ceiling, a fireplace, and a deck and landscaping, so you can feel an open feeling. There is a private guest room and bedroom space separated by a corridor and stairs, and you can enjoy the landscaping from the veranda. When you go up to the second floor through the stairwell where light and wind come in, the children's space and the couple's space are naturally separated.
