건축사 친구가 진행하는 주택설계의 조감도 이미지를 도운 프로젝트이다.
대지는 동산 끝자락에 놓여 있고 도로와 3미터 이상의 단차가 있다. 단차를 이용하여 지하층에는 넓은 주차장과 후면 마당으로 이어지는 썬큰이 있다.
1층에는 주변으로 마당과 후면으로 녹음이 우거진 뒷산이 자리잡고 있고 전면으로는 탁트인 조망을 감상할 수 있다. 1층 내부 들어서면 거실과 식당, 주방이 통합된 공간으로 전면 통창으로 통해 내, 외부 공간의 상호 유입을 계획하였다.
2층에는 가족방을 중심으로 침실이 배치되어 있으며 작은 규모의 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있다.
It is a project that helped with the bird's-eye view image of a house design being carried out by an architect friend.
The site is placed at the end of a garden and has a level difference of more than 3 meters from the road. There is a wide parking lot on the basement floor using a step and a sunken that leads to the rear yard.
On the first floor, there is a yard surrounded by greenery and a green mountain at the back, and a panoramic view can be enjoyed from the front. When entering the interior of the first floor, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated, and mutual inflow of the interior and exterior spaces is planned through the front window.
On the second floor, bedrooms are arranged around the family room, and a small elevator is installed.
