대지는 구도심으로 다가구주택이 밀집되어 있는 곳이다. 전면도로는 6미터로 보차도의 구분이 없다.. 다가구주택을 계획하려면 건물의 위치 그리고 주차의 계획이 중요하다. 세대당 1대의 계획이 필요하기 때문이다.
대부분 주변 건물은 1층을 필로티 주차장으로 2층부터 주거공간을 계획하였지만 본 건물은 전면공간을 뒤로 미루어 주차공간을 두었다. 반층높이로 1층을 띄워 도로에서 내부가 보이지 않도록 하였다. 대지의 폭은 좁고 안쯕으로 길게 되어 있다. 전면은 주차공간 그리고 건물, 내부는 안마당을 두어 데크와 연결하였다. 복잡한 도심에서 안마당은 숨을 쉴수 있는 공간이다.
대지의 폭이 좁은 관계로 1층은 거실과 식당공간을 통합하여 개방감을 주었고 전면에는 데크와 앞마당을 연결하여 단독주택의 느낌을 갖게하였다. 다른 곳에서는 볼수 없는 반려견을 위한 방도 계획하였다.
상부 2층과 3층은 일반적인 스타일의 침실 3개, 거실, 주방, 식당 공간을 두었으나 3층에서는 침실공간을 넓게하여 융통성 있는 공간으로 계획하였다. 외부의 입면은 발코니의 모양을 다양화하여 단조로움을 피하였다.
 

The site is located in the old city center where multi-family houses are concentrated. The front road is 6 meters long, and there is no division between sidewalks. To plan a multi-family house, the location of the building and the planning of parking are important. This is because each household needs one plan.
Most of the surrounding buildings planned the first floor as a piloti parking lot and residential space from the second floor. The first floor was raised to a half-story height so that the interior could not be seen from the road. The width of the site is narrow and long. The front side has a parking space and building, and the inside has a courtyard to connect to the deck. In the complex city center, the courtyard is a space where you can breathe.
Due to the narrow width of the site, the first floor integrates the living room and dining space to give a sense of openness, and the front deck and front yard are connected to give the feeling of a detached house. We also planned a room for dogs that cannot be found anywhere else.
The upper 2nd and 3rd floors have 3 general style bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining space, but on the 3rd floor, the bedroom space is widened and planned as a flexible space. The exterior elevation avoids monotony by diversifying the shape of the balcony.
