Dormitory / AIM Architects   Dormitory - SOUTH KOREA   Architects : AIM Architects Location : 경기도 이천시 Use : Educational Facility, Dormitory Site Area : 14,990 ㎡ Built Area : 885 ㎡ Floor : 3F Year : 2016   [PERSPECTIVE]   [PLAN]   [ELEVATION]   [SECTION]   [STORY FOR BUILDING]   푸드공장에서 일하는 직원들을 위한 기숙사다 . 3 층 규모로 공장 진입로 우측에 부지가 마련되어 있다 1 층은 공용시설로 직원들을 위한 식당 , 휴게실 , 체력단련실이 2 층에서 3 층은 침실과 화장실 , 세탁실로 구성되어 있다 . 삼발이 모양으로 각각 채광과 프라이버시를 고려한 배치이다 . 건물과 건물사이의 중간에 휴식공간도 이채롭다 . 고단한 삶속에 잠시나마 휴식을 취할 수 있고 함께 어우러지는 공간이 되었으면 한다 .   T his is a dormitory for employees working at a food factory.
