[Remodeling interior] Jingeon Health Center Remodeling 진건보건지소 리모델링   Architects : Poonyang SD Architects Location : Saneung-ri, Jingeon-eup, Namyangju-si, South Korea Use : 공공업무시설 , Public work facility, 사회복지시설 Remodeling Area : 115 ㎡ ( 진건행정복지센터 1 층내 ) Floor : 1F Year : 2021 Step : Use approval Space program : 접수실 , 대기실 , 진료실 , 예방접종실 , 치매안심센터   [ Persprctive View ]   대기홀, 주출입구 안내데스크에서 바라본 대기홀 치매안심센터에서 바라본 대기홀, 진료실 [ Floor plan ]   1층 평면도 [ Story for Remodeling ]   이 프로젝트는 기존 보건지소 건물이 철거됨에 따라 보건지소를 행정복지센터 1 층 공간으로 이전하는 계획입니다 . 민원실 근처에 설치됨에 따라 주민들의 접근성이 향상이 되고 유지보수 비용의 절감을 통한 보건지소 운영의 효율성을 고려하였습니다 .   출입 복도, 사인보드 면적은 크지 않지만 치매안심센터 분소를 설치하여 지역내의 치매서비스망을 구축하여 사용자들에게 편의를 제공하였습니다 . 1 층에 위치하다보니 접근성은 좋지만 층고가 다소 높아 리모델링하는 비용이 증가하여 이 부분에 대한 고심이 있었습니다 . 공사를 다 진행하여 준공이 되었지만 아직 코로나가 종식되지 못해 보건지소를 열지는 못했습니다 . 빨리 오픈되어 사용자들에게 좋은 서비스를 제공하는 공간이 되기를 바래봅니다 .   This project is a plan to relocate the public health office to the first floor of the administrative welfare center as the existing health office
